Paperus is a product discovery and brand advertising platform operating in the United Arab Emirates. This page describes the browser preferences, campaign attribution and enquiry handling used by these Paperus pages. Hosting-provider processing is separate, as explained below.
The Paperus page code does not include an advertising pixel. The current live hosting platform also injects a measurement script. That hosting behaviour is separate from the preferences and enquiry form described here.

Stored on your device, always
Your light or dark setting, under the name
paperus-theme. The site needs this to honour a choice you made yourself, so it is not something you are asked to agree to. It stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere. -
Stored on your device, only if you allow it
Campaign attribution, under names beginning
paperus-attr:: the page you landed on, the site you arrived from, the time you arrived, and any campaign tags on the link you followed. This browser record is used for attribution for up to thirty days. An expired record can remain in browser storage until it is replaced or cleared. That period does not describe database or email copies of enquiries. Attribution is off until you allow it, refusing changes nothing about how the site works, and withdrawing removes this browser attribution record. -
Sent when you send an enquiry
Your name, email address, the product, the finish and quantity, and your message. If, and only if, you allowed attribution, the record above is attached so we know which campaign the enquiry came from. The enquiry service stores an enquiry in the database and attempts an email notification to the destination configured for the service so a person can reply. The thirty-day browser attribution period does not apply to these copies. To ask who received your enquiry, how long it is retained, or to request deletion, contact Paperus below.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your attribution choice at any time using Storage preferences, linked at the foot of every page. Withdrawing stops future Paperus browser attribution and removes the attribution record already stored in this browser. It does not delete enquiries already sent to the database or email, and it does not control hosting-provider processing.
You can clear everything this site has put on your device at any time by clearing site data for thepaperus.com in your browser. Nothing here depends on it.
For anything held about you in our records - to ask what we hold, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to how it is used, or to ask for a copy - write to info@thepaperus.com and say what you would like. Please include the email address you used, so the enquiry can be found.
Who else sees anything
Supabase hosts the database and the function that receives an enquiry, and the mailbox provider carries the notification email. Both handle enquiry data on our behalf.
Typefaces are served from the Paperus site itself. These pages do not need a Google Fonts request to display their typefaces.
Hosting may process requests independently of the enquiry form. A read-only check on 23 October 2026 found a hosting-injected measurement script on the live pages. Its behaviour depends on the hosting provider’s configuration.
The WhatsApp and email links on this site open your own app. Nothing is sent until you send it.
